Do I need an API key?#
No. Forms, inbox, templates, notifications, CAPTCHA and CSV export work without one. The key is only for AI features.
Does Pro work without Lite?#
No. Pro is an add-on; keep Lite installed and active.
Where do I enter my Pro licence?#
Pro uses your Neural Forms API key from My Account → Licenses. Paste it in Settings → Neural AI Cloud. See Install Neural Forms Pro.
What happens when my AI credits run out?#
AI features pause; everything else keeps working. See AI credits and plans.
What data is sent to your servers?#
With AI enabled: submission text and field labels/types. Never IP addresses or admin credentials. The template library only receives the template ID you open.
Can I move from Contact Form 7?#
Yes. With Contact Form 7 active, an Import screen appears under Neural Forms for one-click migration.
Why are my notification emails not arriving?#
Neural Forms sends through WordPress mail. Send a test from Settings → Email Settings and install an SMTP plugin for reliable delivery.
