Generate a form with Neural AIPro
Describe the form you need in plain English and let Neural AI build it.
Requires Neural Forms Pro (with Lite installed and active).

Before you start#
- Neural Forms Pro is active (install Pro).
- Neural AI Cloud is connected with a Pro key and Enable Neural AI is on (connect your key).
Generate a form#
- Open a new or existing form in the builder.
- Click Generate with Neural AI.
- Describe the form. Be specific about the fields you need, for example: Create a dental appointment form with name, email, phone, preferred date, and message.
- Click Generate Form.
- Check the Review generated form panel: it lists every field, step and row that will be added.
- Click Insert into form, then choose Append to current form or Replace current form (replacing removes the existing fields).
- Adjust anything you like in the builder and save.
Generation uses AI credits. Prompts that Neural AI blocks as unsafe are not charged.
Troubleshooting#

| Neural AI could not generate a valid form | Make the prompt more specific: list the fields and their types. |
| The request timed out / service is temporarily unavailable | Wait a moment and try again. |
| Enable Neural AI Cloud in Neural Forms settings… | Turn on Enable Neural AI in Settings. |
| Generate with Neural AI requires an active Pro, Yearly, or Enterprise plan | Connect the key from your Pro purchase. |
| Not enabled for this site yet | Reload the builder to refresh your plan. |
