How AI credits work and what happens when they run out.

Pro credits reset when your plan renews. You can see your balance in Neural Forms → Settings → Neural AI Cloud → Plan & Balance. Extra credits are available as credit packs.
What uses credits#
- Analysing an entry (summary, category, priority, draft reply)
- Re-analyze, Regenerate reply and Refine with AI (Pro)
- Generate with Neural AI (Pro)
- AI spam detection (Pro)
When credits run out#
AI features pause. Your forms, inbox, emails and exports keep working normally. Add credits or renew to resume AI analysis. Prompts that Neural AI rejects as unsafe are not charged.
