Lite is the free version available on WordPress.org. It includes the full form builder, lead inbox, 18 field types, Gutenberg block, and 100 free AI credits on signup. Starter at $99 per year adds Pro features: AI form generation, smart spam detection, the Divi 5 module, premium AI tiers, and 7,500 AI credits per year. Agency at $199 per year includes all Pro features and 25,000 AI credits per year. Both Starter and Agency cover unlimited sites.

AI credits power the AI features in Neural Forms: submission analysis, draft replies, spam detection, form generation, polish, and regenerate. One AI credit processes one form submission. Credit consumption varies internally based on the length of the form content and AI output, but on the user side, one submission equals one credit.

Lite includes 100 AI credits as a one-time, lifetime allocation. Once consumed, AI features pause until you upgrade to Starter or Agency. The form builder, lead inbox, email notifications, and CAPTCHA continue working without any limits.

You can purchase a credit top-up pack at any time. Starter Credit Pack adds 2,000 credits for $19. Growth Credit Pack adds 10,000 credits for $49. Pack credits never expire and work alongside your plan credits. Credit packs are available to active Starter, Agency, and Enterprise subscribers.

No. Once purchased, credit pack credits never expire. They remain in your account and are consumed after your plan’s annual credit allocation is used up.

No. Credit packs are available to paid plan holders (Starter, Agency, Enterprise) only. To continue using AI features after your 100 Lite credits are consumed, upgrade to Starter or Agency.

Lite and all paid plans (Starter, Agency, Enterprise) cover unlimited websites. There is no per-site activation limit.

Annual plan credits (7,500 in Starter, 25,000 in Agency) reset to the full amount when your license renews each year. Unused annual credits do not roll over. Pack credits, in contrast, never expire and remain in your account until consumed.

Your installed plugin continues working even if you do not renew. You retain access to the form builder, lead inbox, and all forms you have already created. Renewal is required for continued AI credit access, plugin updates, security patches, and priority support. The plugin will not stop functioning after expiry.

Yes. Contact our support team and they will process the upgrade with prorated credit for the time remaining on your Starter license. Your AI credit allocation also increases to the Agency level.

Enterprise is for large teams, agencies with high submission volume, and customers with specific compliance requirements.
