Install Neural Forms ProPro

Before you start#

• Neural Forms Lite is installed and active (install Lite).
• You have purchased a Pro plan and can log in to your account.

Install the Pro plugin#

1. Download Neural Forms Pro from My Account → Downloads.
2. In WordPress go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
3. Choose the Pro ZIP, click Install Now, then Activate.

Activate Pro features#

Pro features are unlocked by your Neural Forms API key, the same key Lite uses. Your key is linked to your plan.

1. Copy your key (it starts with nf_live_) from My Account → Licenses.
2. Go to Neural Forms → Settings → Neural AI Cloud and paste it into API Key.
3. Click Test Connection. You should see Connected, your Plan and Available credits.
4. Click Save settings.

Check it worked#

• The Generate with Neural AI button in the form builder no longer shows an upgrade prompt.
• Settings shows the Spam detection and Business context panels.
• Entries show Re-analyze with AI and Refine with AI actions.

Troubleshooting#

You see	Do this
A notice that Neural Forms Lite is missing	Install and activate Lite, then reload.
A version mismatch notice	Update Lite and Pro to their latest versions.
“Generate with Neural AI is not enabled for this site yet”	Reload the form builder so it picks up your plan.
“…requires an active Pro, Yearly, or Enterprise plan”	The connected key is on a free plan. Connect the key from your Pro purchase.
