Connect your Neural AI API keyLite
Turn on AI analysis, draft replies and (with Pro) AI features.
Available in Neural Forms Lite (free) and Pro.
Neural AI runs in Neural Forms Cloud. Connecting a key is optional: forms, inbox, emails, CAPTCHA and CSV export work without one.
Get a key#
- Lite (free): sign up free from the Settings screen. Free accounts include 100 AI credits.
- Pro: your key is in My Account → Licenses.
Connect it#
- Go to Neural Forms → Settings.
- In Neural AI Cloud, paste your key into API Key.
- Click Test Connection. The status changes to Connected and shows your plan and available credits.
- Turn on Enable Neural AI.
- Turn on Auto-process entries to analyse new submissions automatically.
- Click Save settings.
Your key is stored securely and never shown again. To change it, paste a new key; leave the field blank to keep the current one.

| Setting | What it does |

| Enable Neural AI | Master switch for all AI features. Turn off to stop every request to Neural Forms Cloud. |
| Auto-process entries | Analyse new submissions as they arrive. |
| Process AI Queue Now | Runs the queue immediately. Useful when WP-Cron does not run (local sites, low traffic). |
| Revoke Connection | Removes the saved key. AI features stop until a new key is connected. |
What is sent to Neural Forms Cloud#
Only the submission text and the form’s field types and labels. No IP addresses, admin credentials or WordPress data. You can also turn on Privacy mode (Settings → General & Privacy) so IP addresses and user agents are never stored.
