These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Neural Forms, including the website at neuralforms.ai, the Neural Forms WordPress plugins (Lite and Pro), the Neural Forms AI service, and all related products and services (collectively, “Neural Forms”).

By creating an account, purchasing a Neural Forms product, downloading the Neural Forms plugin, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Neural Forms.

These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Elicus Technologies Private Limited (“Elicus”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), the operator of Neural Forms.

1. Definitions

“Elicus” or “we” means Elicus Technologies Private Limited, the operator of Neural Forms.

“Neural Forms” means all our products and services, including Neural Forms Lite, Neural Forms Pro, Neural Forms AI service, the website at neuralforms.ai, and related WordPress plugins.

“Lite” or “Lite plugin” means the free version of the Neural Forms WordPress plugin distributed through WordPress.org.

“Pro” or “Pro plugin” means the paid version of the Neural Forms WordPress plugin, available with a Starter, Agency, or Enterprise license.

“AI service” means our hosted AI processing infrastructure that powers AI features when activated by a user with a valid API key.

“You” or “user” means the individual, business, or organization using Neural Forms.

“License” means a paid Starter, Agency, or Enterprise plan that activates Pro features and provides access to AI credits.

2. Eligibility and account creation

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a paid plan. If you are using Neural Forms on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.

3. License grants

Lite plugin license

The Lite plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later (GPLv2 or later). You may use, modify, and distribute the Lite plugin according to the GPL.

Pro plugin license

Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Install and use the Pro plugin on unlimited websites that you own or operate, for the duration of your active license
  • Receive updates and bug fixes during your license period
  • Access AI features and consume AI credits up to the limit of your plan

The Pro plugin is also licensed under GPLv2 or later for the plugin code itself. The license you purchase covers ongoing updates, support, and access to AI credits, not exclusive code usage rights.

AI service

The AI service is hosted by Elicus and accessed through a valid API key tied to an active paid license or Lite free credit allocation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Neural Forms to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Send spam, phishing, or fraudulent communications
  • Collect personal data from individuals without proper consent
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code of our AI service
  • Generate or distribute harmful, illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise unsafe content using AI features
  • Use AI features to impersonate real individuals
  • Misrepresent your identity or website ownership
  • Resell or redistribute the Pro plugin or AI service to third parties without authorization
  • Use Neural Forms to compete directly with Neural Forms by scraping or replicating its functionality

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, with no refund.

5. AI features and credit usage

Neural Forms includes AI features such as form generation, submission analysis, draft replies, spam detection, and analytics insights.

Credit consumption

AI features consume AI credits according to your plan:

  • Lite: 100 AI credits one-time on signup
  • Starter: 7,500 AI credits per year, resets with renewal
  • Agency: 25,000 AI credits per year, resets with renewal
  • Enterprise: custom credit allocation per agreement

One AI credit is consumed per form submission processed. Credit consumption may vary internally based on the volume of text processed and AI output generated, but on the user side, one submission equals one credit.

Failed or blocked AI requests do not consume credits where technically feasible to detect. Successfully processed requests consume credits regardless of whether the AI output is used.

Credit top-up packs

Active Starter, Agency, and Enterprise license holders can purchase additional credit packs:

  • Starter Credit Pack: 2,000 credits for $19, one-time
  • Growth Credit Pack: 10,000 credits for $49, one-time

Top-up pack credits never expire. They are available only to active paid license holders. Lite users cannot purchase top-up packs.

AI output disclaimer

AI output is generated by machine learning models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving AI-generated content before sending it to your form respondents or using it in any way. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or reliability of AI output.

6. Payment, billing, and refunds

Pricing

Current pricing is listed at https://neuralforms.ai/pricing/. We may update pricing for new purchases at any time. Existing active licenses are honored at the price paid until renewal.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed annually unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current renewal price. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Starter and Agency plans. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase, reach us through our contact form for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

The 30-day refund policy applies to initial purchases only. Subsequent renewals are not eligible for refund unless required by applicable consumer protection law.

Credit top-up packs are non-refundable once purchased and any credits from the pack have been consumed.

Enterprise plans are governed by the refund terms in the individual Enterprise agreement.

Taxes

Listed prices do not include applicable taxes (GST, VAT, sales tax). Taxes are calculated based on your billing location and added at checkout where required by law.

7. Plugin updates and availability

We aim to keep Neural Forms reliable and improve it continuously. We may release updates, add features, modify features, fix bugs, or discontinue features at our discretion.

Plugin updates are delivered:

  • Lite: through the WordPress.org plugin repository
  • Pro: through automatic updates from neuralforms.ai (requires active license)

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, respond to security issues, or experience downtime due to factors outside our control (such as third-party AI provider outages or hosting issues). We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime, unless required by applicable consumer protection law.

8. Site owner responsibilities

If you use Neural Forms on a website to collect form submissions, you are responsible for:

  • The forms you create and the data you collect
  • Maintaining your own privacy policy
  • Disclosing whether AI processing is enabled for your forms
  • Obtaining consent from your visitors where required by law
  • Managing form entries stored in your WordPress database
  • Responding to data subject requests from your visitors
  • Complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and others)
  • Securing your WordPress site, hosting, and backups

Elicus acts as a data processor for form submission data sent to our AI service. You act as the data controller for form submissions collected through your forms. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request for paid customers.

9. Third-party services

Neural Forms integrates with or relies on third-party services, including:

  • WordPress.org (plugin distribution)
  • Stripe, PayPal (payment processing)
  • Hetzner, Cloudflare (hosting and CDN)
  • OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar (upstream AI processing)
  • HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier, WhatsApp, Google Forms (when integrations are enabled)
  • Email delivery providers

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of these third-party services. Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of:

  • The Neural Forms brand, logo, and trademarks
  • Our website content (neuralforms.ai)
  • Our AI service infrastructure
  • Documentation and marketing materials
  • Proprietary code beyond the GPL-licensed plugin

You retain ownership of:

  • Your website content and form submissions
  • Your account information
  • Anything you create using Neural Forms (such as form configurations, templates you build, and AI output you accept and use)

The plugin code itself is licensed under GPLv2 or later as required for WordPress distribution. The AI service and infrastructure are proprietary to Elicus.

11. Termination

By you

You may stop using Neural Forms at any time. You may cancel your subscription from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your plan remains active until then.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your access to paid services or the AI service if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your payment fails or your subscription expires
  • You misuse the service or attempt to abuse our systems
  • We are required to do so by law
  • Your account creates legal, security, or reputational risk to us or our other customers

In the case of termination for violation of these Terms or service abuse, we are not obligated to issue refunds.

Data after termination

After your account is terminated:

  • Your WordPress plugin installation continues to function (Lite features keep working without limits; Pro features stop without a valid license)
  • AI features stop working
  • Your account data may be retained per our Privacy Policy
  • You can request data export or deletion per our Privacy Policy

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Neural Forms is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Specifically, we do not warrant that:

  • Neural Forms will meet your specific requirements
  • AI output will always be accurate or suitable
  • Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Every bug or compatibility issue will be fixed
  • The plugin will be compatible with every WordPress theme, plugin, or hosting environment

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Elicus is not liable for:

  • Lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities
  • Lost data or data corruption
  • Business interruption or downtime
  • Security breaches caused by your website environment or third parties
  • AI-generated content that is inaccurate, biased, or otherwise unsuitable
  • Third-party service failures
  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages

Our total cumulative liability to you, regardless of the cause, is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant product or service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you have not paid us anything, our total liability is limited to $100 USD.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law (such as for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where consumer protection laws apply).

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Elicus, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of Neural Forms
  • The content of your forms and form submissions
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights (including privacy rights, intellectual property rights, and consumer protection laws)
  • Content uploaded or generated through your use of Neural Forms

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For users in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws, those local laws apply to the extent they grant you greater protection than these Terms.

Dispute resolution

For any dispute arising from these Terms, the parties will first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, the parties agree to the following:

  • For consumers in the EU and UK: disputes may be resolved through your local courts and consumer protection mechanisms, as well as Indian courts at our discretion.
  • For business customers: disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for EU consumers.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page
  • Notify active account holders via email or in-product notification at least 30 days before the change takes effect, where required by law

Continued use of Neural Forms after a Terms change means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

17. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the pricing terms in effect at your time of purchase, and any Data Processing Agreement we have signed with you, constitute the entire agreement between you and Elicus regarding Neural Forms. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
