How AI analysis worksLite
Summary, category, priority score and a draft reply on every entry.
Available in Neural Forms Lite (free) and Pro.
When Neural AI is connected and Auto-process entries is on, every new submission is analysed in the background. Each entry gets:
| Result | What it is |

| Summary | A short description of what the person wants |
| Category | Such as inquiry, support or sales |
| Priority score | 0 to 100, so the most important leads float up |
| Draft reply | A suggested answer you can edit and send from the entry’s reply thread |
Pro: refine the results#
On any entry: Re-analyze with AI refreshes the summary, category and priority; Regenerate reply writes a new draft; Refine with AI polishes your own draft. With business context set, replies reflect what your business does.
If entries are not analysed#
- Check Settings → Neural AI Cloud shows Connected and has credits left.
- Make sure Enable Neural AI and Auto-process entries are on.
- Click Process AI Queue Now. If that works, WP-Cron is not running on your site; set up a server cron job.
