Your first form in 5 minutesLite

1. Create the form#

1. Go to Neural Forms → Forms.
2. Start from a template (one click) or a blank form. Pro users can also Generate with Neural AI, see AI form generation.
3. Drag fields from the palette into the form. Click a field to edit its label, placeholder, required flag and width in Field settings.
4. Save the form.

2. Put it on a page#

• Block editor: add the Neural Forms block and pick your form.
• Anywhere else: click Copy shortcode in the builder and paste it, for example

3. Test it#

1. Open the page logged out (or in a private window) and submit the form.
2. Go to Neural Forms → Entries. Your submission is at the top of the inbox.
3. With AI connected, the entry gets a summary, category, priority score and draft reply within a few moments.
