Receive Submissions on WhatsApp Instantly

Notify your team on WhatsApp the moment a form is submitted. Send structured messages with respondent name, email, message, and a direct entry link — to up to 10 recipients simultaneously.

Up to 10 recipients

Add up to 10 WhatsApp phone numbers per form. Each recipient gets the same formatted alert instantly. Label recipients for easy management — Admin, Sales, Support, etc.

Approved message templates

Messages are sent using WhatsApp Business API approved templates. This ensures reliable delivery with no risk of account suspension. Templates support dynamic field placeholders.

Dynamic field placeholders

Insert any form field value into your WhatsApp message using placeholders like {{field_name}}, {{field_email}}, {{field_message}}. Each message is personalized with actual submission data.

Instant delivery

Messages are sent the moment a form is submitted — no polling, no cron delays. Your team sees the alert on WhatsApp within seconds, ready to respond immediately.

End-to-end encryption

WhatsApp Business API messages are end-to-end encrypted. Form data travels securely from your WordPress server to the recipient’s WhatsApp — no intermediary can read it.

Delivery status tracking

Every submission shows its WhatsApp delivery status in the entry detail view — Sent, Delivered, Read, or Failed. Debug delivery issues with detailed API response logs.

WhatsApp alerts live in under 3 minutes

No developer needed. Connect your WhatsApp Business API, add recipients, choose a message template, and every submission sends an instant alert.

1

Connect WhatsApp Business API

Go to Neural Forms → Settings → Integrations and add your WhatsApp Business API credentials. Neural Forms connects to the official API — no unofficial bots or third-party relays.

2

Add recipients and pick a template

Open any form’s Integration tab, enable WhatsApp, and add up to 10 recipient phone numbers with labels (Admin, Sales, Manager). Select an approved message template or use the default submission alert.

3

Publish and get notified

Embed your form using the block editor, shortcode, or Divi 5 module. Every submission sends a WhatsApp message to all recipients instantly. View delivery status in the entry detail page.

Sales lead alerts

Your sales team gets a WhatsApp alert the instant a lead fills out the contact form. They can respond within minutes instead of hours — dramatically improving conversion rates.

Order notifications

E-commerce stores with quote request or custom order forms can notify the fulfillment team instantly on WhatsApp. Order details, quantities, and customer info arrive in one structured message.

Student inquiries

Educational institutions receive WhatsApp notifications when prospective students submit inquiry forms. The admissions team can follow up immediately via WhatsApp or phone.

Support ticket alerts

Customer support teams get instant WhatsApp alerts for urgent support tickets. Priority, category, and customer details are included so the right person can respond immediately.

Event registrations

Event organizers get WhatsApp alerts as registrations come in. Track sign-up velocity in real time, see attendee details instantly, and coordinate logistics with your team on the go.

Common questions about the WhatsApp integration

Yes. Neural Forms uses the official WhatsApp Business API to send messages. You need a WhatsApp Business API account through a provider like Twilio, MessageBird, or Meta’s Cloud API. This ensures reliable delivery and compliance with WhatsApp’s policies.

Currently, the WhatsApp integration is designed for team notifications — alerting your staff when a form is submitted. Sending messages to respondents requires their opt-in consent and a separate WhatsApp Business conversation, which is on the roadmap.

WhatsApp Business API requires pre-approved message templates for business-initiated messages. Templates ensure messages are not spammy and comply with WhatsApp’s quality standards. Neural Forms provides a default template, and you can create custom ones in your API provider dashboard.

Neural Forms itself does not charge per message. However, your WhatsApp Business API provider (Twilio, MessageBird, Meta Cloud API) charges per conversation or per message based on their pricing. Costs are typically very low — a few cents per message.

Yes. All Neural Forms integrations are independent and can be enabled simultaneously. A single form submission can push data to HubSpot, add a Mailchimp subscriber, trigger a Zapier workflow, and send WhatsApp alerts — all at the same time.

The form submission is still saved in your WordPress database. The entry detail page shows the WhatsApp API response code and error message. Common issues include invalid phone numbers, expired API tokens, or unapproved templates. You can resend manually after fixing the issue.
