Neural Forms refund policy
We want you to buy Neural Forms with confidence. Your purchase has two parts — the plugin and AI credits — and they are refunded differently, as explained below.
What is refundable
- The plugin (software): refundable within 30 days of purchase.
- AI credits: only unused credits are refundable. Used credits are not refundable (the reason is below).
30-day money-back guarantee
You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. We refund the plugin in full, plus the value of any unused AI credits. After 30 days, purchases are non-refundable.
Why used AI credits cannot be refunded
The AI features in Neural Forms run on external, paid AI services. Every AI request you make costs us money in real time, and we are charged for that processing the moment the request runs — it cannot be reversed or recovered. Because we have already paid for the AI work your credits consumed, the value of those used credits is non-refundable and is deducted from your refund. You are refunded for the plugin and for any credits you did not use, not for AI processing that has already been delivered and paid for.
How the deduction is calculated
- AI credits are valued at 1,000 credits = $9.
- Consumed credits are rounded up to the next full 1,000-credit tier.
- Your refund = the amount you paid − the value of the credits you used.
Example: if you have used 1,001 credits, that rounds up to 2,000 credits (= $18). We deduct $18 from the amount you paid and refund the remaining balance.
Credit packs are non-refundable
AI credit packs (extra credits bought on top of your plan) are consumed entirely on the paid AI service, so they are non-refundable.
