These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Neural Forms, including our website, WordPress plugins, Neural Forms Cloud, AI features, license services, and related products.

By using Neural Forms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.

1. Definitions

“Elicus Technologies Private Limited” (operator of Neural Forms; “we”, “our”, or “us”) refers to the company that provides Neural Forms products and services.

“Neural Forms” refers to our products and services, including Neural Forms Lite, Neural Forms Pro, Neural Forms Cloud, and related WordPress plugins, AI features, license services, and hosted offerings.

“You” or “user” refers to the individual, business, or organization using Neural Forms.

“Plugin” refers to Neural Forms Lite, Neural Forms Pro, and related WordPress plugins.

“Cloud Services” refers to Neural Forms Cloud, API services, AI processing, license validation, updates, and related hosted services.

2. Use of Our Products

You may use Neural Forms in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and the license terms of the product you are using.

You agree not to use Neural Forms to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Send spam or abusive content
  • Collect personal data without proper consent
  • Upload malicious code or harmful files
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Abuse, overload, or disrupt our services
  • Generate harmful, illegal, hateful, violent, or unsafe content using AI features
  • Misrepresent your identity or ownership of a website

3. WordPress Plugin Usage

Neural Forms Lite may be distributed through WordPress.org and is provided under the applicable open-source license included with the plugin.

Neural Forms Pro and paid features may require an active license, subscription, or cloud account.

You are responsible for maintaining your WordPress website, backups, security, hosting, and compliance with applicable laws.

4. Licenses and Subscriptions

Paid products may require a valid license key or API key.

Your license may provide access to:

  • Plugin updates
  • Pro features
  • Cloud features
  • AI credits
  • Support
  • Other plan-specific benefits

We may suspend or revoke access if:

  • Payment fails
  • A subscription expires
  • A license is misused
  • The service is abused
  • These Terms are violated

5. AI Features and Credits

Neural Forms may provide AI-powered features such as form generation, entry analysis, spam detection, summaries, suggested replies, and analytics insights.

AI features may consume credits or usage allowance.

Credits may be deducted only when a supported AI request is successfully processed, depending on the specific feature and plan.

Failed, blocked, or unsafe requests may not be deducted where technically supported.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it.

6. Unsafe or Abusive Content

We may use safety systems to detect and block abusive, hateful, violent, sexual, illegal, self-harm-related, religiously abusive, spammy, or otherwise unsafe content.

If unsafe content is detected:

  • AI processing may be skipped
  • The request may be blocked
  • No user-facing AI output may be generated
  • Limited security/audit logs may be stored
  • Repeated abuse may result in suspension or review

We do not guarantee that every unsafe request will be detected.

7. Form Data and Site Owner Responsibility

Neural Forms allows site owners to collect form submissions from website visitors.

As a site owner, you are responsible for:

  • The forms you create
  • The data you collect
  • Your website’s privacy policy
  • Consent requirements
  • Data retention and deletion
  • Responding to user data requests
  • Compliance with privacy and data protection laws

If you enable Neural Forms Cloud or AI features, you are responsible for informing your users that form content may be processed by cloud services.

8. Third-Party Services

Neural Forms may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including hosting providers, payment processors, email services, AI providers, analytics tools, and WordPress services.

We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, terms, privacy policies, or actions.

9. Payments, Refunds, and Billing

Paid plans, subscriptions, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the pricing and refund terms presented at the time of purchase.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Subscription fees may renew automatically
  • You are responsible for cancelling before renewal if you do not want to continue
  • Refund eligibility may be limited by time, usage, or plan terms

10. Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

We aim to keep our services reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Some features may depend on third-party APIs, cloud availability, license status, or plan limits.

11. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of our trademarks, branding, website content, commercial products, hosted services, documentation, and proprietary systems.

You retain ownership of your website content and form submissions.

Use of Neural Forms does not grant you ownership of our brand, code, cloud infrastructure, or proprietary services beyond the rights provided by the applicable license.

12. Support

Support availability depends on your product, license, and plan.

We may decline support for:

  • Expired licenses
  • Heavily modified plugin code
  • Conflicts caused by third-party plugins/themes
  • Unsupported hosting environments
  • Misuse or violation of these Terms

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Neural Forms is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties that:

  • The product will meet every requirement
  • AI output will always be accurate
  • The service will be uninterrupted
  • Every bug will be fixed
  • The plugin will be compatible with every WordPress setup, plugin, theme, or hosting provider

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Lost data
  • Business interruption
  • Website downtime
  • Security breaches caused by your website environment
  • AI-generated inaccuracies
  • Third-party service failures
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service during the previous twelve months.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of Neural Forms
  • Your website or form submissions
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of laws or third-party rights
  • Content submitted through your forms

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to paid or cloud services if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, fail to pay, or create security or legal risk.

You may stop using the plugin or cancel your subscription at any time.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Neural Forms after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the registered place of business of Elicus Technologies Private Limited, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
